I hired NNLV to demount and replace my TV. Austin was right on time and not only did what I needed done, he corrected errors made by the original installer and my new TV now hangs level on the wall. Entire job was done and the new TV programmed for less than half of what the Geek Squad would have charged, and they wouldn't have corrected the original installation deficiencies. Install or Replace a Home Theater System or Media Center Appointment made Dec 18 to install surround sound and clean up and organize old cables. Installation was done Dec 21 in an hour!!! Wasn't even expecting to get an appointment before Christmas. They took the box and old cables to dispose for us. Highly recommend for prompt, professional, reasonable priced service.

We had initially hired Dish to do the same job and they were absolutely terrible. We would definitely use this company again. They are very customer service oriented which is hard to find in today's market.

When a defective component was discovered mid-installation, we knew we had hired guys with integrity. Austin was on the phone immediately to multiple sources to get a replacement for that part, not next week, not tomorrow but now so that our install could be completed as planned.
