If any issues arise with integrating or installing customer provided equipment, NNLV will notify customer of the material deficiency and identify potential causes when possible, make recommendation of corrective course of action, and immediately move onto next task. In such instance, Buyer agrees original invoice is to be paid in full, and any further customer approved additional labor/materials needed to complete task will be compiled and billed on a separate work order. For more information on customer provided equipment, change orders, and other policies please see nnlowvoltage.com If any required consumable materials are not present with items provided by Buyer, or exhausted during installation, NNLV will notify Buyer of deficiency and will purchase required items for usage. NNLV will replace drywall section and apply gap compound to joint. NNLV is not responsible for sanding, texturing, or painting.
Payment/Deposits
Quotes provided to customers by NNLV are good for a period of (10) calendar days after presentation without a payment for project deposit; after (10) days the quote will need to be reworked to reflect any changes in stock levels and/or schedule availability - prices and product selections may vary. A 50% deposit is due prior to work beginning to secure scope of work/project cost, and date on schedule for installation. If material costs are greater than 50% of total project cost, NNLV will collect the material costs in full as project deposit, and the labor portion will be due and collected upon completion. A debit/CC card is required for project deposit payment for security purposes. Final invoices are due and collected automatically with in-field signature upon project completion unless other payment terms are agreed upon prior to work beginning. Customer agrees a 10% late fee will be added for all late payments on terms, plus any other collection costs incurred including attorney fees. There is $25 charge for returned checks & a 3% credit card processing fee. Upon approval/signing of estimate and/or making deposit payment, this document becomes contractually binding per the terms and conditions outlined therein and on nnlowvoltage.com.
REFUNDS AND OTHER POLICIES
Estimates given to prospective clients are only an approximation of job cost and are subject to change before work begins if site conditions change upon arrival from original condition or scope of work. Please make sure other trade work and/or personal and professional property has been reasonably removed from job site or relevant working areas and all animals are secured during installation. If either occur, a change order or amendment to original estimate will be processed to reflect the change to accommodate new working conditions, and any additional material and/or associated labor costs needed to complete the project will be billed on a separate work order. Change orders will be coupled with the remaining project balance and will be billed and collected upon completion with the final payment. No work ever commences until all parties are aware of both approach and price, and never before obtaining approval and signature from client. Project deposits are meant to secure both project cost and time on working schedule. Project deposits are non-refundable. System designs and product recommendations are budget/need derived in nature, and are the professional opinions of Northern Nevada Low Voltage based on field experience and cumulative knowledge, and are of industry standard and/or better. Customer agrees to verify/confirm that suggested system design and components meet their request for quotation, and are suitable for project needs. NNLV provides pricing and model numbers on all estimates and upon request for customer research convenience and transparency. Approval of estimate indicates approval of proposed system design and components therein.
If forgotten passwords/usernames/or other login credentials, or inability to otherwise access customer secured services/accounts/devices prevents and/or delays final integration and project completion during the outlined terms on original contract (length/price), original work order and its invoice will be closed out and billed and collected in full, and any additional time/materials required upon return to complete final integrations and project turnover will be compiled and billed on a separate work order/invoice.
